Frankie has been the IT Manager for Alliances Management since 2016 managing all aspects of the company’s day-to-day technology needs.

He served four years in the United States Air Force as a B-52 Crew Chief and was deployed to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia during the first Gulf War. In 1996 he started working in the IT support industry as a Level 1 Technical Support Agent in an MCI call center. Since then, he has worked in a variety of IT support roles and has gained a wealth of experience.

Frankie lives in Arizona with his wife, three dogs and two cats.
