In 2006 Alliances Management began with a handful of staff and a single association management client. Now, have personnel across the U.S., Europe, and Asia—and a diverse client roster that leverages the highly specialized talents of our operations, project management, and technical team members.
Today we’re a 100% virtual company.

President
Tono founded Alliances Management in 2006 to meet the needs of associations and standards bodies that require strategically-oriented operations management.
Prior to founding the company, he worked at Visa International, where he was responsible for their Global Operations Secretariat, successfully creating, maintaining, and driving adoption of an open technology framework for the global deployment of smart card programs.
Tono holds a BA degree from the University of Bath.
Chief Operating Officer
Ted served as a consultant for Alliances Management since the company’s founding and has been full-time with the company since 2009.
Having worked at a number of Silicon Valley-based startups, his roots are in marketing and strategic planning, characteristics that he brings into association management and private client engagements alike.
Ted holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and BA and MA degrees from Stanford University.
VP, Marketing
Ana leads the marketing and ecommerce division of Alliances Management and has been full-time with the company since 2011.
Ana has a background in customer-focused marketing and merchandising with Fortune 500s and startups alike, and is passionate about forging technology with commerce to change the way people shop and live. She also leads talent acquisition at Alliances Management, with a deep focus on delivering exceptional project-based marketing and creative consulting services and longer term staffing to some of Silicon Valley’s top companies.
Ana holds a BS in Marketing from Santa Clara University.
